Why Its Important for Cleaning Up After Yourself

Safety being a very important thing in the navy especially if there are unneeded materials out could mean a serious injury and or falling overboard. For example since I have to write this because I left my cloths out lets use it as an example. Well say I had my cloths on the floor as I did and someone were just walking in the birthing just as they normally do and not thinking anything could possibly happen to them and they step over the knee knocker and step on my cloths and they slide causing them either fall and hurting them selves or hitting there head either way there going to get hurt in some kind of way. Another good scenario is leaving tools out like just the other day I left two rolls of tape out on the bridge thinking that the civilian workers wont touch them trusting thing a little too much and thinking they wouldn’t steel them but sure enough they were gone when I went up there just not that long after so there for don’t leave anything that you really like or want or in this case that you think no one would really need cause when someone is walking around a empty birthing whether they need it or not I’m pretty sure in there eyes they need it. Same goes with utilities cause we all don’t make enough money to be going out to buy new utilities every month (at least I know I don’t) and I know if someone needs a good utility shirt bad enough all they have to do is go in a birthing and take a shirt take the name tape off and get a new one and there you go you have a yourself a new set of utility’s.

Another thing that goes with that is hygiene. Hygiene is a very important aspect for everyone in the navy especially in our division cause we don’t have that many people in our division and a smaller birthing then all the other birthings on the ship that it would be a lot easier for us to get sick if we didn’t keep our stuff clean and our bodies clean. With cause not matter how much we clean ourselves or our spaces because no matter how clean you think you are...
