This project is located in Shanxi province. It is an essential step for the expanding of An Iron & Steel (Group) Co., Ltd. Whicn prodects is located in Shanxi province,China. After inspecting of various companies, the project team found xinhai has more perfect solutions for their project and chose Xinhai as their cooperator and signed the contract of design and equipment supply.
The project lasted from the end of the year 2003 to June 2004. It included dressing plant design and equipment supplying. The beneficiation process adopts three stages one closed-circuit crushing, two stages magnetic pulley dry discharging tailing, stage grinding and separating, and gravity separating device removing pulp, and high concentration discharging tailing. The final product is iron concentrate with the grade more than 65%.
Xinhai company adopted the most advanced equipment in China. Grinding process adopted MQGg2736 ball mill. Classification adopting import hydrocyclone with Xinhai abrasion resistance rubber liner.
