INTRODUCTION

For many adults, e-learning provides opportunities to continue educational pursuits while working & raising family. E-learning can be undertaken in a variety of forms, feature e-learning take place when the instructor and students are not in a traditional “face to face” classroom. E-learning conducted thought some form of technology, in specific is a computer and internet.

Learnframe (2004) definition of e-learning elaborate on this point: “Education via the Internet, network, or standalone computer. E-learning is essentially the network-enabled transfer of skills and knowledge. E-learning refers to using electronic applications and processes to learn. E-learning applications and processes include Web-based learning, computer-based learning, virtual classrooms and digital collaboration. Content is delivered via the Internet, intranet/extranet, audio or video tape, satellite TV, and CD-ROM”

There has been explosion of adults returning to school and books over the past decade or past 4-5 years, attending as a part time student is a one of challenging those adult students must take and prepared.

Main issue will be faced by adult learners when they are going to further study is (1) conflict with working schedule, (2) family commitment, (3) time managing, (4) financial, (5) others responsibilities/others activity, (6) social interaction, (7) personal motivation. Usually adult e-learners want to continue their study because of changing demands in the workplace, deserve new job skills, update existing skills, employers requirement to secure certification, desire to pursue new career path and lastly to attain higher education.
