Intro: Thesis- A phenomenal event or discovery can impact a society in various ways. Body paragraph #1 TS- There are diverseevents that dramatically impacted Verona. CD- When the Montagues and the Capulets get into a brawl the prince states,” If you disturb our streets again, Your lives shall pay the forfeit of the peace.” CM-Shakespeare uses this language to emphasize the drama that they are going to be killed if the mistempered fighting does not stop. CM-Every brawl that occurs is going to make the families more rebellious and stronger enemies for peace. CD-After seeing Romeo sprawled out dead on the ground Juliet says to herself,” Poison, I see, hath been his timeless end. Drank all, and left no friendly drop to help me after? O happy dagger!” CM-Romeo drank all the poison so that would result to Juliet stabbing herself with a dagger in substitution. CM-Because of Romeos death Juliet no longer wanted to live. CS- As a result, events like these have a hard felt impact on society. Body paragraph #2 TS- When the Black Plague hit in the late 1340’s Europe lost one half of its population and became an entirely changed society. CD- Valuable artisan skills disappeared when large numbers of the working class died. CM- Therefore, those who had skills became even more valuable than the rich people. CM- The society structure began to change giving formally poor laborers more say. CM- Farming communities became rare. CS- As a result, the economy was probably hit the hardest of all the aspects of Europe because of the Black Plague. Body paragraph #3 TS- Eckels, the protagonist of the short story, “A Sound of Thunder,”learns that just by changing the smallest thing can effect the whole future. CD- The safari instructor, Travis, says to Eckels,” Say we accidently kill one mouse here. That means all the future families of this one particular mouse are destroyed.” CM- Travis is trying to pronounce that all the families of the families of that one...
