PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
(10/04 – Present) Site Manager III, SAIC: [Fort Bragg, NC] Supervise a staff of eight (8) computer maintenance technicians/administrators, specialist and operators. Coordinates system availability and preventive maintenance of systems, to include peripheral devices. Track and report license compliance at all times. Act as consultant to the CIO/Deputy CIO in the development of local site policies and procedures. Coordinate and plans the delivery, implementation and successful integration of all components as directed by the Clinical Integraton and Technical Program Office (CITPO) among many other key government organizations and companies. Perform operational system upgrades for both hardware and software using VMS, DSM, Cache and Windows sever based products. Monitors overall system performance and ensures on-site capability to accomplish routine backups and recovery processes. Conduct performance reviews for assigned staff and subcontractors.
(10/02 – 10/04) Systems Engineer III, SAIC: [Falls Church, VA] Tier III Engineering Support for all DOD/DHS sites with Medical Facilities. I also served as the Chairperson for the USCG Health Care Services Configuration Control Board.
