Individual level: Psychology is the contributing discipline of this level. Members make sense of the world and derive motivation from this level.
Group level: Social Psychology, Sociology, and Anthropology are the contributing disciplines of this level. Power and politics, how to lead teams, how teams function, and ethical decision making all occur here.
Organizational level: Sociology, Anthropology, and Political Science are the contributing disciplines at this level. Creating and sustaining the culture of the organization, changing the organization, selecting and developing talent, and structuring the firm are all focused on in this level.
