Me and My life in 5 Songs
My life isn’t easy. Then again, no one’s is. Every person and everyone will go through their separate hardships and mistakes. Drugs, alcohol, bullying, being the one bullied, the list can go on forever. What defines you in life is how you deal with those problems. Everyone has a story to tell. What’s my story? Well, my story can get a little complicated at times. To describe it easier I thought 5 songs could sum it up. Makes it more simple then writing my own biography I guess.
Glory Days- My best days was any year before third grade. These were the years before I had to start thinking for myself. These were the years where if you just tried you got a good grade. The years before all the F’s and A’s were handed out. When life was simple, easy, and you count on your mom to do anything for just by pouting your lips. These were the easy days, these were the fun days, and they were defiantly my glory days.
I Won’t Back Down- During my third grade year is when I started to get bullied. It started out as just harmless fun but it escalated into an everyday occurrence. Sometimes it even got physical. As much as I wanted to run away and as much as I knew I should run away I stood my ground. Every single day I took word abuse. Words I can’t repeat. Beaten up on occasion but I stood my ground knowing eventually something had to turn around; this when I met someone I still am friends with today. This guy stood by me no matter what and got people off my back. I finally found someone who could give me some space from my ever worsening life. This eventually stopped after 5th grade but it still had a huge effect on which I am today.
Dr. Love- Don’t let the title fool you because this isn’t going where you think it is going. During middle school I developed a skill that no one else really had. I could start, stop, and keep a relationship going at will. Everyone came to me with their...
