Friends are more important than the family. Do you agree?

My mother likes to regret, father doesn’t want do stoop smoking, brothers playing with computer games instead of mowing the lawn. None of them is perfect and they don’t even pretend they are. For the reason that they are natural, I feel comfortable and safe. I do not have to worry what am I wearing on and if I have make-up on my face. They are all for me. Where in the world would I be without my family?
Unless I have a few true friends, whose have been with me for years and years, nothing can replace my family. They gave me life, name and place to live. Thanks for them I can feel, taste and smell. They gave me chance to live. Family gives me support and they understand me no matter what. Friends come and go while my family will always be my family. Even if they die and I will never see them again I have memories and all the skill they taught me. My mother taught me how to take responsibility for my life and my deeds. She showed me not only that there are no simple solutions for serious things, but also that I have to put a lot of effort to achieve something in my life.
My best friend and I have known each other for over twenty years, yet, is my older brother. We used to share everything, we can talk and even disagree. Thus we respect each other.
Nevertheless, friends are very special to me as well. We have similar interest and problems to cope. They give provide me good advices and ear to hear. According to that they will always be if, I had problems with my family.
All in all, family is the school of life. Who would I be without their love and care? How could I express myself without the confidence my family taught me?
