Question 1. Has Father Daniel Mary established a future direction for the Carmelite Monks of Wyoming? What is his vision for the monastery? What is his vision for Mystic Monk Coffee? What is the mission of the Carmelite Monks of Wyoming?
Father Daniel Mary has most definitely established a future direction for the Carmelite Monks of Wyoming. His future direction lies within the vision that he has for them and the monastery. His vision includes a new monastery in the Rocky mountains, the ability to increase the amount of monks in his brotherhood from 13 to 30, the purchase of a 496-acre ranch for $8.9 million dollars (with additional accommodations like a convent for Carmelite nuns, a retreat center for lay visitors, a church and a hermitage). The mission of the Carmelite Monks is to live out their lives in a cloistered, highly religious and regimented manner. That includes vows of poverty, chastity, and obedience for the express purpose of keeping their focus on what they worship.
Question 2) Does it appear that Father Daniel Mary has definitive objectives and performance targets for achieving his vision?

Question 3) What is Father Prior’s strategy for achieving his vision? What competitive advantage might Mystic Monks Coffee produce?
Father Prior’s strategy for achieving his mission,...
