A spy has to be self-reliable, as doing spy work is a tough job. It is very important to work independently without any others help or team support. He must be committed to his work, any of the organization or government members will not help him in his field physically or mentally. Spy agents often make split decisions, so they need to be mentally agile to respond quickly when the situations take an unexpected turn. They have to formulate alternative solutions on the spot. They need to be technically professional to work on his own with advance gadgets and superior tools such as video, listening and tracking devices.
Intelligence is one of the qualities that a spy should develop. Spying is difficult as he need to be perfect in all the skills and abilities. He should be able to handle any situation, need to be enough intelligent on advance tools and spontaneous decision making in some hard situations. They need written skills, verbal skills, clear observation skills to identify false identities and specialized skill to a certain level of intelligence. As we are in advance technology age a spy need to be perfect in using all techno based equipment’s.
