All In Your Hands

All In Your Hands

When I first decided not to care about what people said, ’twas pretty much hard to keep it all in to myself.
Time comes when you get mad and depressed when the people around you, the ones you know and don’t, say crap about you and treat you the same. The hurt and pain goes a long way to shape your days and in turn you start feeling that everything is against you.
All these feelings about you being low, depressed and feeling dejected, can be handled in a better way. You need to create a barrier, much like a bullet proof for your life.
No one puts you down unless you give them a right over you. If you get mad at being called names, then you prove for sure that you are what you are called. If you are a fool, you will answer to that name. So be free from the name calling.
One thing that we don’t get is that the ones putting us down enjoy doing so and get off on seeing us feel bad about ourselves. Applying some reverse psychology works best for such situations. Don’t give a hoot about it and just move on with life. When these goons realize that what they say or do, doesn’t not affect you, the hurt and pain goes back to then. ‘Tis much like a return to sender kind of thing.
Try your best to ignore what others say or do to put you down. We put ourselves down by allowing people to be above us. Your life is yours to hold, keep healthy and stop caring about what others say about you.
Don’t not give people power over you.
If you feel so bent on having someone over you, there’s God, He will guide you to betterment.
Take care of those who care for you. I’ve been cool for a long while now since no one and nothing puts me down in life.
Take the choice of ruling how you feel. It’s all in your hands.
