Alternative Dispute Resolution Clause: Peer Review and Mediation
Members of the learning team shall attempt to settle all disputes or differences which arise between them or in connection with the team in good faith before resorting to and enabling this Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) clause. The dispute must be in reference to the members’ disregard for the rules, regulations, or policies agreed upon and documented in the team charter. When a dispute within the learning team causes distress to one or more team member or a loss of efficiency and productivity amongst the team the ADR clause will begin process. The mediator who is of a neutral party/s outside of the learning team shall be selected by the impartial members of the team. To begin the process, the specific individual/s who feels in violation shall submit a written notice to another team member with a copy given to all other respective members.
