American?
I think being an American has to do with many things but one thing in particular. First of all I would like to give a definition of America; it is either continent of this hemisphere. But the United States is before America. United States is defined as a federation of states usually when forming a nation in a usually specified territory. So I would define the United States of America as a federation of states in the northern continent of the western hemisphere. That is our country. Now people may ask so what is an American. I believe that an American is someone that is born within the federation of states known as the United States of America. This does not include people that sneak here from Mexico. People that come from any other countries for that matter. It doesn’t mean that you’re an American because you have received a citizenship, because you were raised with habits of other people. You people that claim to be Americans make real Americans feel weird. You sue companies because you do not know how to do or handle things that Americans do so you don’t get hired and call it discrimination, I know that if I was a boss I wouldn’t hire you either if you couldn’t accomplish what I asked. Also you people make it so that companies and schools and other institutions have to hire extra employees just to deal with you and how you can’t speak our main language. That main language is not Spanish it is English, if you can’t speak English you really should show some appreciation to everyone else and learn so we don’t have to look at you like wow what are you talking about? So then you won’t have to think that we are discriminating against you. These people that aren’t born here are not citizens of this United States of America even if they claim they are.
