Pablo Picasso was born Pablo Ruiz in Spain, 1881. Picasso was born in the middle-class artistic family. He changed his name adding his mother's maiden name. His full name was, Pablo Diego Jose Francisco de Paula Juan Nepumuceno Maria de los Remedios Cipriano de la Santisima Trinidad. Picasso lived most of his life in France, becoming a famous painter. He worked as a glove maker to support his family. Picasso lived in a flat apartment. At the age of 15-teen he became to start painting. Picasso's dad was an art teacher who influenced his decision in becoming a painter. In 1895 his family moved to Barcelona, Spain, after his father obtained a teaching job at that Academy of Fine Arts. Picasso was admitted to advance classes at the academy after impressively completing the exams. From 1901 to 1903 Picasso initiated his own style, which is known as the blue period. In this period his color scheme was only blue, and shades of it. In 1904 Picasso's style changed to red, and started the rose period, sometimes called the circus period. Because Picasso focused on social outcasts, like circus performers. Later Picasso became involved into another style that was called Collage Cubism. Picasso met a dancer named Olga and he took her to meet his parents to barcelona. They got married in 1917 a year the war had ended. Picasso had his first child when he was 40 years old 1921. He was a boy named Paulo. He made many portraits of him and his wife. After so many years had pass Picasso started to grow apart from his wife. In the 1930's they separated each other and Picasso went into a personal crisis. Picasso was still growing and becoming more popular. He then had another child with Marie Therese Walter they name her Maii. Marie Walter also divorced picasso. During WW2 when it broke out still picasso was succeeding with his masterpieces and people still always loved his paintings.
