Please accept my sincerest apology for missing the class I had with at the off base work shop, scheduled for Tuesday, September 15 at 9:00 a.m. I had an completely over looked the time and that kept me from arriving at my place of duty with the other members of the enterprise. You had offered an invaluable opportunity to me, and I appreciate your consideration. My work with the NSA have provided me with the experience and qualifications thats so many strive for and have to work so hard for in the civilian aspect of their life. Words cannot express how truly sorry I am for the anxiety, frustration and inconvenience that I caused.
This is especially saddening because the United States Army was founded on the promise of bringing professionalism to the military and making the overall experience of the military and work in general easier and more effective for everyone who chooses to work with us. I know I failed to deliver on this promise yesterday. I are committed to you, and other members of my senior leader ship, and I am taking immediate corrective steps to regain your confidence in me. I have begun putting a comprehensive plan in place to provide better and more timely information to you. I am confident, as a result of these actions,and the actions of others, that not only myself,but all army personnel that you work with will emerge as a more reliable and even more customer responsive work force than ever before. You deserved better—a lot better—from me yesterday. Nothing is more important than regaining your trust and I only hope that my actions have not given you a negative overall view of the Army's workmanship here I hope you will give us the opportunity to work with you again soon and provide you the positive Army Experience you have come to expect from us.
