Architecture contrast



Before introducing my two buildings it is important to take a look on what is architecture for most of us. We all know that architecture is “The science and art of designing building or any other physical structure”. We see architecture like a functional space where we circulate according to our needs but architecture goes further, goes beyond the human eye. We may not see it this way, but buildings have been part of human civilization as long as we have. Buildings have been providing us shelter since the beginning of history, maintaining human kind alive along with them. Understanding buildings is useful because it leads us to understand how entering a building or being part of a building can apply emotions that we think comes from nowhere and forces we think we have no control of. The reality is that buildings are made for us to experience these emotions that could influence our actions.
Architecture is one branch of academics that has a lot of application not just in tangible things we can touch and enact but also in more intangible experiences in the world of the abstract. Because the least imaginable though or experience leads an architect to create this intangible experience in the real world. I feel that architecture is not just a career for a few, but a personal enrichment anyone can use, is like moving forward in a general direction of progress and advancement. For me the human nature is to evolve with time to become the best person one could be in the future, you do this with knowledge. If we acknowledge ourselves with the understanding of the space where we circulate, which is everything we see, we are going to be able to see things differently, we also are going to become independent in our opinions and no longer see the world like the rest, like another one of the 5 billion people see it.
I think everything has a logic or a reason to be or to react, today I’m reacting on one of the part of architecture I think is more important. We interact...
