Argumentation Position Paper
“Office Space”
All three of them work for a software company named Initech. Peter (the main character)
The company then invites two consultants “The Bobs” as they are known. To audit the workers on what their jobs are. Peter shows up, not aware about the interview and actually impresses the consultants with his honesty and candor about not caring about his job. Joanna looks like she was once the popular hottie in her younger years, she most likely dated the jock instead of the nerd, but know stuck at Chotzkies serving food and drinks.
Peter takes his friend Michael to a bar to inform him that he and Samir are going to be terminated. While sitting at the bar drinking Dos XX beers. Michael gets very pissed and hatches a plan to steal money from the company that would go on over several years without Initech finding out. But they would need Samir’s help and expertise.
Surely everyone would agree to steal money from their employer, if they had a full proof way of not getting caught. However in this story line the misplacement of the decimal point, resulted in them getting over three hundred thousand dollars...
