Jennifer Gibson: Um, good afternoon. My name is Coach Jennifer Gibson, and I'm on the ASCA board. And fortunate enough to get to introduce our age group speakers this afternoon. Our next speaker, uh, has a lot of great opportunity in the coaching world. For 25 years, she has been coaching in the college ranks, Division 1, Division 2 and Division 3. But if that wasn't enough, came up with the great idea to go around the country and follow our best in the business, best of the top college coaches, our national team coaches by visiting them at swim camps. But also I have been fortunate enough to get to know Mary Anne as a fellow board member on ASCA. I can remember when she stepped on to the board was pretty exciting, because for the first time we actually had two females in the room together at our board meetings. So, I'm honored to introduce Coach Mary Anne - here I go, Gerzanick-Liebowitz.

Mary Anne Gerzanick-Liebowitz: Thank you, Jennifer. So, can everybody hear me? It's kind of like fourth grade. If you can't hear me, move to the front of the class. It's okay. I don't by - raise your hands in the back if you can hear me. Awesome. Okay. I've to learn to lean in. Okay. So as Jennifer said, I have spent the latter part of about 15 years going around the country and working with some of our top Olympic coaches. And I took today what I thought would be most applicable for you all, because I know when I am in your seat, the thing that I need most, or the thing that I would value most are those things that I can take back with me to use with my programs. So that was my goal today. And sometimes PowerPoint, you can't really see everything on the screen. I hope that most of you - I also made handouts, so that you could follow along if you can't read the screen. So if you did not get a handout, please let me know, and I will have one sent to you.
