Bahrain Bay is one of the most successful projects in the Arab world. It takes place in the northeast coast of Manama in the Kingdom of Bahrain on a land of 430,000 meter square. The design and architecture are made by Skidmore and Owings & Merrill LLP. The Bahrain Bay project was launched in 2005 after its final approval and by March 2008 the project has sold around 60 percent to local and international companies. And here comes the MIPIM in Cannes, France where the global exhibition reached a lot of investors and developers to market and gave a wider view of Bahrain Bay project. Few months later an announcement declaring the sale of 80 percent of the land made the managers more satisfied about the project.
