Life of a student
As you start your freshman year in high school you begin to start believing that it will take forever to get out of school. Speaking from experience, my high school years flew by. I am now a current senior of a High School. I am not saying that there were not times where I thought would take forever to get here. It will take time and a lot of studying. Life of a student requires determination with your studies, time management and a lot of patience.
Everyone desires to be an A plus student. However, not everyone can be one if they do not have determination. It takes a lot of determination with your studies. This is why I think life of a student is so challenging. Some of us try our hardest to have a life outside of school, however it is demanding. Say you have a huge exam Monday and you were told the Friday before. That means instead of going out every night that weekend, you need to home studying for your exam. That’s why it takes a lot of determination, which many people just do not have.
Many students have a lot of extra-curricular activities. This in the long run makes it really hard to focus just on your school work. I play volleyball and we have practice two to three hours every day after school. When I get home all I want to do is go to sleep, however I cannot because I have so much school work to get completed. This is where time-management plays a big role. Being a student you have so much to do, but there is never enough time in a day to get all of it done. Say you have a big game tomorrow so you can’t miss practice. However on the same day you have a really big game. You’ve got to learn to manage your time well.
Being a student, you have to be able to remain calm and not become annoyed when waiting for a long time or dealing with complications or difficult people. Being patience is the main key of being a prosperous student. Say you don’t like a teacher because she takes forever to grade your test. You have to have patience...
