Exercise plays an important role in our daily life because there are so many things that can harm our body like fast food, smoking, drinking, and many other things. There are so many people who believe that it is not beneficial and makes the person lazy, and there are other people who think no need for exercising. However, exercise is not only beneficial for our health, but also in our body system, losing weight, and shaping our body.
Being healthy is the first effect of exercising that has been like that for a really long time. Exercising helps our health by maintaining our body energy in order to help us in our daily work. For example, morning exercises would help us in staying healthy and keep sufficient energy for the rest of the day. Another example, night exercising would help us burn out any excessive calories that we got throughout the day. In addition, exercising also helps our health by fixing our mood into happiness. For instance sometimes people have a hard time at work or college which makes them irritated or depressed; exercising helps in changing our mood to happy by releasing some certain chemicals that processes in our body. Moreover, exercising also helps our health with the stress and psychological problems. For example, many students would be having a lot of homework’s and a project together; as a result, they will be having a lot of stress and sometimes psychological problems. Another example, when a student is having a family and school problems, this will lead him into a psychological problem with his siblings or other students. Another effect of exercising is that it helps our body system to be healthy and keeps it updated every day. Our body gets affected by exercising, for it helps in circulating our blood and prevents corruption. For instance, if a person is having low flow of blood or clogged blood stream, it is beneficial for that person to exercise because it cleanses any bacteria and flow more blood into the stream.
