For this manual we are going to be covering some of the best practices to help all the Managers and Supervisors be able to succeed in their position. We hope that this manual will be a top priority, and reflects the time and effort that was put into the manual. We are going to be discussing many different situations and examples of how to overcome those times of doubt. We are going to be touching base on all the points listed below, with hopes that we have provided you with the keys to becoming a successful and appreciated Supervisor.

We are going to be including at least 2 best practices for each subject, with the hopes of providing everything you need to survive every situation that comes your way.
Demonstrating Communication Skills
Communication I believe is going to best tool that one should try to acquire and may take a life time of conquering. Communication is going to be the root of all and everything that you do and use as a Supervisor. In order for one to be a great Supervisor they must learn to speak, and listen without any emotions attached. They need to be able to speak clearly and effective in every area of the job. I believe that communication is going to be the one tool that is going to integrate in everyone’s life at work and at home. Great communication comes from being able to effectively speak ones thoughts and get others to be able to understand exactly as you want you have said. Good communication also comes from being able to listen to others and know what it is they are asking for, and what they want you to understand. I think for this task it would take a life time to be the best communicator possible, so I must say that everyone should work on this task daily with the hopes...
