Communication I believe is going to best tool that one should try to acquire and may take a life time of conquering. Communication is going to be the root of all and everything that you do and use as a Supervisor. In order for one to be a great Supervisor they must learn to speak, and listen without any emotions attached. They need to be able to speak clearly and effective in every area of the job. I believe that communication is going to be the one tool that is going to integrate in everyone’s life at work and at home. Great communication comes from being able to effectively speak ones thoughts and get others to be able to understand exactly as you want you have said. Good communication also comes from being able to listen to others and know what it is they are asking for, and what they want you to understand.
