Deborah Lynn Graham

Deborah Lynn Graham was born on 9 Aug 65 in Asbury Park, New Jersey. She attended Asbury Park public schools until graduating early in 1982, and proceeding on to Indiana State University, Terre Haute, IN. She attended Indiana State University for two years before entering on active duty in the US Air Force on 11 Dec 85. After completing basic training at Lackland AFB, TX, and the Personnel technical school at Keesler AFB, MS., she was permantly assigned to the 81st Tactical Fighter Wing's Consolidated Base Personnel Office (CBPO) at RAF Bentwaters, UK. Amn Graham was a Records Clerk for four months, soon assigned to the CBPO's Outbound Assignments Section, and played an integral part in the CBPO receiving the Gerrit D. Foster, Jr. Award.
A1C Graham was also on the Personnel in Support of Contigency Operations (PERSCO) team, a Mobility Processing Unit (MPU) member, completed the NCO Prepatory Course, and promoted to SrA "Below-the-Zone".
In Nov 88, SrA Graham was reassigned to HQ Strategic Air Command (SAC), Offutt AFB, Ne. as a Command Records Manager, and the NCOIC, Services & Transportation Assignments. Additionally, she was responsible for the SAC Minuteman Code Controller and Facility Manager Special Duty Assignments. Sgt Graham volunteered and supported the 1989, 1990, and 1991 Special Olympics, was an NCO Leadership School Honor Guard member, Directorate of Personnel Christmas Committee member, and graduated from the NCO Leadership School.
SSgt Graham then moved on to HQ Tactical Air Command (TAC), Langley AFB, Va, where she aided in standing up HQ Air Combat Command (ACC) in Apr 92. At Langley AFB she was the NCOIC, Communications-Electronics Systems Manager, and NCOIC, Force Structure Programs/Force Structure Program Manager.
