When the boiler stopped, the fireman should shut all the valves. After this step finished, they can step into the next one. The detailed process are as follows:
1.Turn off the super heater,steam header and drain valve.
2.Turn off the economizer,inlet header and the drain valve.
3. Turn off the header and the blowdown valve
4.Turn off the total valve
5.Turn on the fixed pipeline valve
6. Open the discharging valve
7.Closed the dissolving tank
8.Closed the exit valve of dosing pump
9. Closed the dosing pump.
When the maintenance is continuing, the boiler should be kept by a specially-assigned person to adjust the flow and medicine. Inform the chemical charger to supervise the PH value of the protection fluid. Every half month , the PH value should be tested. If the concentration reduced, the fireman should add medicine to the water. Meanwhile it is necessary to check the boiler’s leakproofness.if any leakage is found, it should be dealt immediately.
before starting the maintenance boiler, the medicine water should be cleared and input fresh water.during the maintenance, if the boiler need to stop or start, all the valves should restore. And the waste water should be discharged into the cooling tower.
