Who is a serial killer? Why do people become serial killers? Are they born or are they made? Why do they kill? Where do they come from and how can they be identified so they can be stopped and controlled? Are you a serial Killer. Can you answer this question correctly. I girl goes to her mother funeral. While attending the funeral she sees the man of her dreams. She was not able to get his phone number or give him her number. A week later she killed her sister. Why would she do such a thing?
One category of deceptively dangerous people are causing alarm from coast to coast with seemingly motiveless murders. These people are not creatures or animals who can easily be identified. Serial killers are hard to find and virtually undetectable until they start murdering the innocent. Like all evolved predators, they know how to stalk their victims by gaining their trust.

He tortured and killed thirty three little boys and stored their remains under his house. David Berkowitz, a.k.a. the Son of Sam, stalked New York City from nineteen-sixty-seven to nineteen-seventy-seven. He claimed to have been following a voice from his dog that told him when and where to kill.
Serial murder is defined as the killing of three or more people over a period of more than 30 days with a significant cooling off period between the killings (Seltzer 18).
