Breakup in a Relationship

1) Introduction – Thesis : There are five phases of breakup in a relationship that commonly faced by people.
2) First, it is called Denial phase and happens since one up to two weeks. For the first time, we cannot accept and believe the reality.
3) Second, it is called Anger phase and happens toward the end of the first month. Usually, we cannot control our emotion.
4) Third stage, it is called bargaining phase and happens in the beginning of second month. In this phase, we will ask our ex to come back to us.
5) Fourth stage, it is called depression phase and happens in the middle of second month. Usually, we will feel sad all the time.
6) The last, it is called acceptance phase and happens after the third month. Finally, we will accept the reality and forget our sadness.
7) Conclusion : In conclusion, we need three months or more to forget our ex-partner and move on to other people.










Breakup in a Relationship
Letting go of a bad relationship can be complicated. The end of a relationship is like experiencing a death, especially for the first love. Even if we are the one who initiated the breakup and believed that the breakup is the best thing for our future. So, if our partner left us, then we must get ready for the five phases of breakup. Although it will be awful feeling, each phase is part of the healing process.
"This is not happening". We always said the word since one up to two weeks of the first month. During the first phase, Denial phase, most of us wait for our ex to call, as we cannot believe that the relationship really ended. In this phase, our heart plays an important role rather than our head. Even though we know the relationship is over, but we really do not believe it. People around us will give advices but we still cannot accept the reality. Sometimes we will make our own imagination about person who we love. Yes, this is the phase where we are most susceptible to get sleep well....
