Review problems 7.17 and 7.18 in Chapter 7 of your text. Instead of using the financial statements in the text, substitute the financial statements of your company and address the following questions:
1. Review the 2011 and 2012 financial statements of the company you selected.
1. 7.17 a. On the basis of the information provided, calculate the following financial ratios for 2011 and
2012.
2. 7.17 b. Considering the financial ratios you computed, along with the industry averages, how would
you characterize the financial condition of your selected company? Explain.
