Step 1 - Dial *#197328640# on your phone application Step 2 - From main menu go to–> [1] UMTS then –>[1]Debug Screen –> [8] Phone Control– > [6] Network Lock and then Options. Step 3 – Over here choose [3] Perso SHA256 OFF Step 4 – Wait for 1 minute to allow it to load Step 5 – Press the menu key again to go one step back and then select back now you are in [6] Network Lock again Step 6 – Select [4] NW Lock NV Data INITIALLIZ Step 7 – Wait for a couple of minutes Step 8 – Reboot your phone Step 9 – Insert a preferred network sim card or different sim card to confirm its successfully unlocked
