Abstract
Ramona is a recent graduate of Liberty University looking for a job. She is offered a great opportunity to check out the company, Next Step Herbal Health, who is known as one of the fastest growing companies in America. While talking to the recruiter she is able to ask specific details about how the company is truly run. Using a spiritual and ethical perspective of the positive and negative facts received from her experience with Next Step Herbal Health I concluded that she should not take the job due to the corporate culture, honesty, and ethics of the company.

From a spiritual and ethical perspective it is important that Ramona critically thinks through the positive and negative facts received from her interview with Next Step Herbal Health to determine whether she wants to pursue the job offer or not. While doing this she should use corporate culture, honesty, and ethics as key points to help make her decision.
Some positive aspects of Next Step Herbal Health for Ramona are how the company is portrayed in some media and the opportunities that will be given to her if she joins their team. Right away they will be offering a starting salary of 80,000 plus commissions and she will be put in a leadership position as a junior manager. They have made it known that a lot of young people are able to move up the chain and receive promotions feasibly. She would also be a part of the fastest growing companies in America as well as one whom promotes ethics.
