3) LAND AND BUILDING:
i) Certified Xerox copy of sale/lease deed, 7/12 abstract.
ii) Title search report and any other related documents
iii) Certified copy of the order for converting land into industrial land.
iv) Location Map
v) Soil test report.
vi) Site plan of building sanctioned from government authority.
