Scenario: Understanding how organisations manage the human, physical and technological resources at their disposal is fundamental to a successful business.
You work for a medium sized IT organisation as a Human Resources Manager.
The organisation wishes to overhaul the way in which it currently manages its human, physical, technological and financial resources. In order for this to take place you have been asked in your role as the HR Manager to undertake an audit which looks at these functions so that new strategies can be then put in place.
You may use an organisation of your own choice but please check with your tutor first to ensure you are able to gather all the evidence you will need for the whole unit.
