The purpose of this paper, is to explain the selling of human organs, critical thinking and ethics, Based on Blood Money Scenario, and analyzed from a critical thinking perspective. What part did the participants play, what are the stakeholders moral fallings, ideas or obligations are in conflicts, and last the best outcome, given and the consequences?

What is the moral responsibility of all participants?
Since the late 1980’s China has been taking human organs from inmates on death row and some are not on death row. China do not have an organized system of organ donation but it is legal to use executed prisoners, the government have downplay harvesting through confidential agreements. In dealing with the black market on selling human organs, it was very profitable. The human organs was carve from inmates on death row from China, when they were executed that’s when the body parts was removed. In the court of law the people that was involved morally responsible in the illegal and truly unethical behaviors. Some people with psychopathy are not morally responsible for their part, do to neural structures of the brain that is freely chosen means, (Thomas, Mann). This ethical prospective taking human organs is considered an offence, any human being has an obligation to protect another life. There was so many involved in trafficking human organs where the moral responsibility of the participants that allow this to happen, (Hippen, Ross, Sade, 2009).
