In today’s contemporary world, statistical hypotheses play a substantial role in computing data in the business world. According to Stattreck Hypothesis testing is defined as refers to the formal procedures used by statisticians to accept or reject statistical hypotheses. There are basically five methods or approaches in conducting hypothesis testing these are making assumptions, stating the research and null hypotheses and selecting (setting) alpha, selecting the sampling distribution and specifying the test statistic, computing the test statistic and making a decision and interpreting the results”.
First and foremost parametric testing basically does not rely on the whole population but it is predominantly rely on a sampling theory of assumption which is demonstrated in the parameters of the norm which denotes generally the population .On the hand, Nonparametric hypothesis testing basically neglect the assumption and is utilize in ranking predominantly a group, individual .it is therefore used substantially when you do not know if your data follow normal distribution
Furthermore, Hypothesis testing is a method whereby one agrees or disagree a result, notion or fact. According to or text book, the judicial system enables us to prove the innocence of somebody charges with crime.
In addition, parametric hypothesis testing is based off of the assumption of an approximately normal population and allows for the individual testing the hypothesis to utilize normal distribution after invoking the central limit theorem.  Whereas nonparametric methods are defined by not making any assumption on the normality of the population being sampled or studied and does not have any dependence on the population of interest.  This methodology is becoming more popular in statistical analysis because analyzers are not as constrained by population assumptions (Taylor, 2014).
