My Magic Wand Economy and Society

Being presented with a magic wand and given the chance to recreate the society and economy one day would be bizarre. Having the power to do so would be a dream come true but honestly I wouldn't know where to start at first. There's so much I want to change looking back to how I grew up, the struggles I went through and horrific events I've experienced.
If I could change one thing about society I would change peoples biased ways, and one sided opinions on many things. I usually won't judge until someone gives me a reason to, so I expect the same all around. I hate having some conversations with other people because they have their opinions and views set on things, and are rarely open to accepting other views and opinions. Growing up I moved around a lot and got bullied a lot based on how I looked. I was so furious with people because they never gave me a chance. I grew up poor just to set it out there, everyone thought I was dumb and pitied me. They judged me based on my looks, instead of going deeper and trying to get to know me. I guess to sum things up I would say I would really change people's quick way of stereotyping and judging people by their covers. If people truly think about it, you don’t know why, or how they got to be who they are, so why should you automatically start ridiculing, and rejecting someone because they have a strip of purple in their hair.
Another thing I would want to get rid of is poverty and inequality in a world where 20% owns 80% of its resources! It's always seemed like we put in all the work but hardly get any bonuses in return. There's been so much inequality in the society, whether it's based on gender, size, and of course race. In my magic wand society, there wouldn't be any of that, we would grow to accept different and to love it. We put in work, we (women) and are looked down upon just for the fact that we are a female.
