DIABETES HEALTH COUNSELOR
A bachelor's degree is required for registered dietitians and registered nurses. Health educators must hold a master's degree, and physicians must complete the education and training required for becoming a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.). Different areas may have different requirements and training programs available.
Diabetes health counselors are basically nurses, physicians, and doctors who have specialized in diabetes. They provide information to groups to help prevent and/or regulate diabetes. They provide lectures and sometimes 1 on 1 help. They use computers and have tons of paperwork.

The salary range for a diabetes health counselor is $54,052 to $81,376 a year depending on their job location and experience level. The average salary is $67,822.
I would like to live a debt free life, therefore, but I wouldn’t like to start my career earning $55,000+, and being a DHC I will make that amount of money eventually.




ENDOCRINOLOGIST
To become an Endocrinologist, the individual must complete 3 years of residency training and 2-3 years of fellowship training. There is also a requirement of M.D. or D.O. in medicine to become an Endocrinologist.
Endocrinologists diagnose and treat hormone-related disorders and imbalances caused by malfunctioning endocrine glands. Endocrinologists have to have knowledge of human anatomy and knowledge of the endocrine system. They also use computers to complete various tasks.
The salary range is $159,693 to $247,731 a year depending on their job location and experience level. The average salary is $196,439.
I think that I would enjoy being an Endocrinologist because of all of the hands on work. They make plenty of money, and work with computers. Their job also seems simpler than most we have...
