ABC, Inc., like most companies hire new trainees to better the company. As a part of the hiring process a campus recruiter is the one person whom has the hands on process of hiring new trainees. The campus recruiter is responsible for the time efficient process of hiring, orientation, physicals, documents, and drug screening in order to complete a successful new hire process.
ABC, Inc. has hired 15 new trainees to work for Monica Carrolls, the Operations Manager. Carl Robbins, ABC, Inc.’s new recruiter has been on the job for 6 months. The company’s new campus recruiter, Carl has scheduled orientation to take place June 15, and plans to have the 15 new trainees successfully employed ABC, Inc., by July.
Unfortunately, ABC Inc. has a new campus recruiter with no prior experience of hiring new trainees and the time essential process of successfully scheduling, and ensuring the proper paperwork is complete in order for Monica Carrolls to have new employees by July: A new training schedule, orientation, manuals, and booklets must be completed before June 15: New trainees must have complete physicals, drug tests, completed applications, and official transcripts on file in order to begin work for ABC, Inc, by July.
As a new campus recruiter Carl must understand the importance of keeping a schedule of tasks in order to be successful with assuring the new trainees can begin working for Monica Carrolls by July. In the process of hiring new trainees, a complete schedule of tasks must be followed precisely to have completed each task before July. Therefore, Carl must consider the obstacles and elements of unplanned events that will occur from the time he hires the new trainees to the deadline of July that may deflect the new employees eligibility to be gainfully employed for ABC, Inc.
