Who we are
Violets Homecare Services Ltd is a small, friendly, family run provider of Home Care in Dunstable and Houghton Regis (Bedfordshire). We provide care and support to vulnerable adults 18 years + in the service users own home (mainly the elderly and those with physical disabilities).
What we do
The levels of support we provide can vary with each service user for example, companionship and check calls, assisting with personal care (washing, dressing / undressing, toileting requirements), assistance with medication, meal and drink preparation, domestic (cleaning), shopping and more. We work closely with the local authority (Central Beds Council) and are regulated by the CQC (Care Quality Commision).
Working with us
Experience is not necessary as full training and support is given. Successful applicants will undergo an enhanced Criminal Records Bureau Check, a minimum of two references are required. A 5 day Induction would be completed prior to starting, this training takes place at our head office in Dunstable. Shadow training follows, on receipt of a clear enhanced Disclosure and references. This is with experienced staff / supervisors.
