Things I Have Learned About Myself

The first psychological aspect I have learned about myself is that I am a critical thinker. In my daily routine I find myself analysing information, data, and trying to find out logical conclusions. It could be at work, school, or at the gym. Certain issues arise during the week like the following examples: insufficient manning for the weekly agenda aboard the ship; too much school work and not enough time; and what exercise routine to use when the gym is over crowded? Being the critical thinker that I am I analyse the situation and come out with a plan. I might reschedule some of the workload for the following week. Study school data during my lunch break. Weather permitting I might perform my fitness routine outdoors. Being a critical thinker is important because it enables me to calculate and analyse any situation which makes me make a logical conclusion.
The second psychological aspect I have learned about myself is that I am an internalizer. I take full responsibilities for my actions and I do not blame others for my failures. We as human beings forget our ecological development. We are spoiled in a mesosystem, where we are accostomed to being guided by our hands and blame others when we fail. During my life events my father passed away when I was a teenager. It was a critical issue I had to deal with. I learned that for me to be successful and proceed foward I could not blame society or spirituality for taking my father. I gradually moved foward and assumed the responsibilities left behing because of my fathers passing. The information in this course helped me realize that I am not being insensitive or harsh, but rather an internalizer with the will to take responsibilities.
The third psychological aspect I have learned about myself is that I am a humanist. I believe that each of us have within ourselves the ability to manage our own behavior trying to reach our full potential. i am taking advantage of the...
