Restaurants prevailing tendency comes and goes but what we have to do is pay very careful attention to what our customers actually like or what their food choices are??..It is very true that we cannot keep the same restaurant menu for the lifetime. We have to bring some new changes and add some new dishes to it. So that customers can get happy and come over and over again. The other reason we have to change the restaurant menu is to attract the new customers and also bring in the old customers back.
