During my final project, I will present a PowerPoint presentation. It will focus primarily on a business proposal titled the “DigiFast Project.” I will utilize various slide designs, templates, and graphics to effectively persuade a business committee to except my proposal.

The MS PowerPoint program provides numerous design ideas regardless of the project. I chose the Propsal.pot design because it exemplifies the exact purpose of my final project. This design is current and vivid while maintaining a simple format for the audience to follow. Because I am using this design, various layouts can also be incorporated. Some examples of possible layouts I may use are as follows: Title and Chart, Title Text and Chart, and Text Layouts.

I will use the Times New Roman Font in a size 12 because it follows the APA Guidelines for Axia College of University of Phoenix.

I also will limit the graphic usage to a minimal. I am doing this because I do not want to take away from my presentation. Some of the graphic ideas I have thought of are any of the Business, Currencies graphics. Also any of the Computer, office supply graphics which are preloaded into the MS PowerPoint program. I will incorporate colors such as Green, Purple, Black, and Orange. I am using theses colors because it is cohesive with the Propsal.pot design, which will be appealing to the audience.

As you can see there are many options available when using the MS PowerPoint program. I am confident my final project will be appealing to the committee, as well as effective.
