Big families=Big Needs
The intellectual, physical, and emotional needs of various children are hard to meet when facing more than one child being conceived at one time. After having twins, triplets, quintuplets or whatever the matter being, it is hard to meet the expectations you set for yourself when deciding to have a baby.
Intellectual development: A child needs to be stimulated mentally if he/she is to have a properly developed brain. When many children are in the picture you need to find ways to help keep them concentrated while giving them the sense of imagination that a child desires at such a young age. Toys from fisher price are an example of a manufactured company designed to help babies through the process of learning while having fun at the same time, but if you have a short income then it can be hard to supply these toys to various children at the same time. This is why the most important aspect of being a parent is being a role-model as well, for example, if you read children a bed time story this might influence the child to try to read at a point in their toddler years. You don’t need fancy toys to keep your children busy, when all you need to do is spend time with them to expand their horizons on trust, love and care. Pre-school is another option for broadening their minds as it helps young children develop social behavior and simple educational skills that will help them along the way before elementary school.
Another thing helpful to children’s imaginations are specially programmed television shows to help them count, spell, and all sorts of skits to help them with every day problems. All sorts of channels are devoted to toddlers such as nickelodeon, YTV, Family, teletoon, discovery kids, and treehouse.
