From my own point of view, for the purpose of finding a fundamental solution for current education problems, we may have to begin with the distribution of the education resources. Time has changed, improvements in productivity are still accelerating, but so far the way for us to get educated has not been shaken even a bit. Today, more and more students begin to regard taking classes at school as a boring work, and they all tend to be weary of studying, which is closely related to the universal education system, thus we still need a more personalized way for education. In order to make our education go back to its original purpose, we have to redefine the meaning of it. Although the allocation of the education resources today is greatly improved, the increase in the number of teachers is still far less than the students’ growth, which is saying that we need a bigger faculty-student ratio. The more students that one teacher is teaching, the more difficult the management will be.

Since every student is a unique individual, the implement of the small-class education is becoming much more necessary. The homogenization of today’s education turns out to be a tough problem --- overlooking the importance of the learning efficiency, which is caused by forcing everyone to study for the same goal, using absolute numbers to measure the academic performance, and so forth. This procedure may not only impede the personal development of each student, but also discourage our talent selection in the long run. The school ought to hand more rights back to the students, rather than trying to institutionalize everyone.

Currently, as we are experiencing the era of information, we can also achieve a better education with the power of technology. With today’s booming development of technology, more and more people have obtained the access to great smartphones, portable laptops and faster mobile networks.
