After entering new era, China gradually caused an exclusive cultural and economic wave throughout the world. Especially, when China successful participating and obtaining the qualification Olympic Games 2008 in Beijing. After all, China wills become more and more International developing country. Otherwise, why million Chinese people had still immigrate outside of them their modern line instead for a better life abroad? There is a little doubt that the Chinese culture maybe left behind in next generation. Here we have some interview with 3 Chinese girls – Lucy, Karen, and Dot who studying aboard in London.
Firstly, the 1st interviews a girl who came from Tung Qing the Southwest of China – Lucy. She Said London not much different live in China because she still can meet and play together with her Chinese friends or even she can hear her mom voices every Saturday by calling it. She thought the Chinese and Asian people in general pattern to think of the British people as a code, so it make a mental barrier to her. And she sure her Chinese identity will never gone.
Secondly, we interviews Karen who grow up in China and will return back to China a few days. China is a developing at astronomical speed, and many foreigners came to China and like to live there. In reality, China is becoming more and more international in develop. And there is no much different to stay aboard, she said. Some Chinese people be of a certain opinion are more successful life in foreign land than in Mainland. Because working in Mainland just earn low salary. Other hand, stay aboard needs a sacrifice what they have to make. Finally, for the last interviews – Dot, who grows up in Hong Kong and move to London when she was 9 years old. She working in the Chinese tea shop is her way of staying in touch of her Chinese heritage. Because she really does not want lose her roots in Cantonese. She wants to back to China to help her parent’s problem but her friends said do not bring on herself to...
