Choices, Choices, Choices
Is it ever hard, with all the choices, to decide where to eat? The choice where to eat will depend on a few factors; what the mood is, as well as how much time and money can be afforded. The two restaurants to be compared are Bennihanas and Thai Café. Both restaurants have great food, but the dining experience will differ greatly. There is a difference in the atmosphere, length of time, and costs.
First of all, there is a difference in the atmosphere. First, the dress code for both restaurants is different. Thai Café has no dress code, if you would like to wear tennis shoes, you may. On the other hand, Bennihans will not let you in with tennis shoes. It is more formal dining. Second, the ambiance in both restaurants is dramatically different. Thai Café is usually very quiet and calm” while Bennihanas is formal dining, its patrons are usually loud and excited. Jennifer Schultz (a recent patron) said; “My friends and I had dinner at Thai Café and we actually talked and had a conversation, not like Bennihanas. We “hung out” there, got drunk and we had a great time.” In contrast, Bennihanas has a wide variety. have different ambiances is because of alcohol. Thai Café doesn’t serve any type of alcohol.
In addition to atmosphere, there is a difference in the length of time. First, a difference in length of time is food preparation. Thai Café is fast at throwing food together and making a delicious meal, in just less than 10 minutes. Bennihanas however, usually takes over an hour to prepare the food. Another major difference of time is travel time. Thai Café takes less than 20 minutes to arrive down the hill from Ramona, on the other hand; it takes a little over 75 minutes to get to Bennihanas. The biggest time difference between the two restaurants is reservations. To dine at Thai Café they do not take reservations, you can walk right in and be seated in usually in less than 2 minutes because they have so many open...
