Business coaching services are provided on a structured basis which is geared to drive the business success you want to achieve.
Performance Guarantee
We believe that our clients are the experts in their fields and that by asking questions and stimulating our clients’ thinking, they will come up with breakthrough goals and results. Our task is to keep them focused and accountable to implement their goals.
The basis for both performance guarantee programs are the jointly developed and agreed to performance targets for the contracted term (typically six month to one year). To reach those targets we break them down in quarterly actions and develop 90 day plans for their implementation. During the coaching program we review those 90 day plans and document the progress in regards to achieving the performance goals. If the reviews show that the 90 day goals were followed up and achieved diligently, and the set performance targets have not been met, by the end of the contracted term, we remedy the situation depending on the program you have chosen at the start of our coaching relationship.
Performance Guarantee Option 1: We will continue to work with you at no further cost (other than for travel expenses) for up to four additional months (based on one year term) or until the agreed to targets have been met, whichever comes first.
Performance Guarantee Option 2: During the contracted term you are only required to pay us 50% of the coaching (monthly invoiced) fees. At the end of the contracted term (typically one year) we review the agreed upon performance targets:
If the targets have not been met (less than 90% achievement) you are not required to pay any additional fees.
If the results are within the desired level, you pay us the difference between your monthly payments and the full coaching fees (50%).
