You and I have had hardships and tough times, but where would we be without them? We would never advance or learn anything, some challenges may include getting to work on time, or much bigger things like dealing with a death in the family. I have had the luck of getting enrolled in boarding school, having my grandfather die, my dad running over my dog. But still there are some funny things that will happen to me that I laugh at later, like when two friends and I burned down 40 acres of my property. No one was hurt nor were any buildings damaged and everyone is safe, which is now considered comical to us.
When horrible things happen to you, you feel crushed, just imagine if a person close to you that you loved passed away. Everyday people die, those people are related to someone. Horrible things happen to someone everyday. When my grandfather died it was the first real death i had ever experienced. I knew that a person could die and that no one would last forever, but this was this was different. I had realized that i had lost someone I visited every summer. I realized he was gone, forever, never to be seen again, which was a shock. I never thought it could happen to me but it did. Another death that i experienced was when my dad ran over my border collie. This was almost as important to me as a family death would be. I spent ever afternoon when i got home from school playing with my dog till I couldn't see outside anymore. I raised my dog for 8 months, from the time it was a puppy. I was enrolled in boarding school which was a low point in my life because i had to live away from my family and all my friends and basically start over. But boarding school could actually be the best academic thing thats happened to me. Boarding school led me to get good grades and make better friends. A bad thing that could have gone worse was when me and 2 friends burned down 40 acres of my property by pure accident. We even had the fire department there but everyone...
