Everybody should have at least one unique quality which distinguishes them from others and makes them a better person. Being an enjoyable, happy, and positive person will make people want to be around them more. It makes time more pleasurable for everybody surrounding them. It creates a center or good vibes which also make the memory everlasting After all, who wants to be around someone who is always miserable and grouchy?
One distinct set of qualities that makes me who I am is my good sense of humor and the fact that I’m always smiling, no matter where I am or what I’m doing. This makes me a tolerable person to be around. I feel as if it is better to smile than to frown at something that there is no point in being annoyed at. After all, it has been proven that smiling takes a lot less energy than frowning. On top of that, smiling and laughing while you’re young will cause you to have a great smile when you’re older.
It doesn’t matter where I am, what I do, or who I’m with, I’m always smiling. In pictures, videos, and drawings, I may be the only or one of the only people smiling. When I’m hanging out with my friends or completing a task, I’m always the one person who continuously smiles. Often times, my friends ask me, “Why are you always smiling?” And my most frequent response is, “I like to look at the positive side of something than looking at the negatives.”
Usually, people come to me for support or in order to just make them smile something happened that wasn’t pleasurable so they need some cheering up. For the most part, I am successful in doing that. I usually tell them jokes, which many criticize as being corny, but in fact, bring a smile to their face. I always try to make a classroom or my peers join in making jokes because, it makes time go by faster and people more fun to be around.
It is better to be someone who another can look to seeing because they know that when they’re with them, they’re going to have a good time....
