Remote Intelligent Terminal Communication Plan
The development of a communication plan is essential to when making change that will affect the outcome on an organization. Before the project is being underway a plan has to be stage and communicated throughout the organization. The blue print for the communication plan is to reveal why the organizations want to make this change and how it could impact the organization good and bad. The plan could be very simple or of the most complexity. The most important aspect is to include all party involved no matter what role they will play with the project. Through the communication plan the attempt provide the plan to be developed by the project team thoroughly. Including possible mitigate problem that may arise throughout the project should be included within this plan.
