Abstract
As the competition in the manufacture business become harder and harder, the small-middle manufacture business of China has to improve themselves from within, in order to keep their lead in the world manufacturing business. The computer-aided communication can improve the efficiency of communication within the company and the communication with other companies. In the small-middle manufacture business of China, one IM software has been widely used as intranet and extranet tool, and that is QQ. In my article, I will analysis the reasons for that and show the great change that QQ has brought to the small-middle manufacture business of China.

Since the year 2001, when China joined the World Trade Organizations (WTO), Chinese small-middle manufacture business have undertaken a series of Management Efficiency reforms. Challenges accompanying with the event encouraged the Chinese small-middle manufacture business to search efficient ways to improve the organization managements.
