In today’s world technology has done so many things for the goodness of human beings. It has made society better and stronger in every way. The use of electronic devices like cell phones, computers, laptops, iPods, video games, the internet, satellite television, all make us more effective in our work. Some people claim that technology has created a single world and some claim that technology has made their life very convenient. Many people think that technology is blessing for them and it has brought amazing surprises every day. But we know that everything has its two sides. Along with the increasing development of technology there are so many negative consequences of it as well.
In these days everyone uses at least an electronic device. None of us are away from such so dear friend (electronic devices). For instance the cell phone is the most accessible electronic device for all people in these days. It has made our life easier and funnier. We all people enjoy the facility given by the technology. But the worst thing is that it may cause very dangerous health problem. While cell phones provide an efficient and easy way to communicate with friends, family and co-workers at the same time it can take a toll on our health. Cell phones are transmitting radio waves through a series of base stations where radio frequency waves are electromagnetic fields that cannot break chemical bonds or cause ionization in the human body, says World Health Organization (WHO). The University of Pittsburgh also warned its faculty and staff to limit their cell phone use due to the possible risk of cancer. Don’t gamble on your life, and learn about the reasons why increased cell phone use can have short term and long term effects on your health.
Technology has taken over our world and our mind. It has made us slave of it. Let’s check all that apply...
